The project's objective was to refurbish and extend the existing casino and hotel building. Initially, we created a model based on the current conditions and then integrated new designs and extensions in to the existing framework. The scope encompassed architectural, structural, and MEP aspects. Our overall goal was to prepare models, conduct interdisciplinary clash coordination, and finalize the models for construction readiness. The project was quite challenging as it demanded remodelling and extension at the same time and our team addressed all the challenge with flying colours and it was much appreciated by the client.
